Profile
Tina Miedtank is a postdoc researcher for the European Commission-funded EQUAL4EUROPE research project at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). For this project she focuses on assessing, developing and implementing Gender Equality Plans in European Universities.
Before joining RSM, Tina spent two years as a postdoc fellow at the Institute of Management at the Université de Neuchâtel, in Switzerland. She received her Ph.D. degree in Business Studies from King’s College London (UK) and has worked for UNESCO in Nepal developing projects to empower Nepalese women and girls.
Tina’s research investigates knowledge transfer processes, HR practices and identities of self-initiated expatriates. She aims to contribute to a more effective management of diversity and knowledge in organisations.
