Profile

Marja Flory is Assistant Professor of Management of Change at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). Marja’s primary research and teaching topics are change management, advisory skills, cross-cultural management and narrative methodology. She has done consulting work for large multinational companies and has mentored several international student projects at RSM. Having a BA in South American literature, she is particularly interested in Hispanic cultures. Marja is a visiting professor at ESADE, Barcelona, where she has been involved with organizing the biennial conference on Rhetoric and Narratives in Management Research (RNMR) since 2011, and is an affiliated researcher at the Centre of Excellence in Public Safety Management (CESAM). She has published in a variety of peer-reviewed and professional journals and currently is the managing editor of the Journal of Organizational Change Management. Marja holds an MSc in Organizational Change Management and a PhD from RSM.
