Profile
Chandrika Rathee is an Assistant Professor at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). She holds a PhD in Business Studies from IE University in Spain. Her research explores information disclosures and the evaluation of creativity and innovation, examining diverse contexts such as clinical trials, and cultural entrepreneurs on platforms like YouTube, and Bollywood film productions. Additionally, she is interested in studying the impact of emerging technologies (such as digitalization and more recently AI) on research and innovation.
Her research has been accepted for publication in leading management and innovation journals, such as the Strategic Management Journal and Research Policy. Furthermore, she is a participant in the Dutch national funding plan for the societal effects of digitalization.
