Yes, you pay tuition fee for the months that you are doing the internship after graduation. When you are Non-EEA then you also pay 500 EUR. Read all regulations: https://www.rsm.nl/career-centre/internships/non-eu-eea-students/
As an NL- or EEA- student this is possible. Note: don’t deregister through studielink. For non EEA-students it is not possible due to your residence permit (valid till 30th of November)
