Profile
Marc Kowalzick is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Organisation and Personnel Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He obtained his PhD summa cum laude from University of Mannheim in 2022.
His research interests center around the field of strategic management, with an emphasis on strategic leadership and corporate governance. In this field, he investigates when and how top executives affect organizational outcomes. As such, his current work examines how the needs, values, and dispositions of organizational leaders shape (and are shaped by) their firms‘ strategic actions, performance outcomes, and society at large.
