But the benefits depend on the organizations and its standard, location, sector, company size and the certification period. This was concluded in a study conducted by Başak Manders on the effects of ISO 9001 implementation based on extensive meta-analyzes. She won the research prize Quality with the Dutch Network for Quality (NNK) and the Dutch Academy for Quality award annually.
