Though measuring the reputation of companies is a widespread practice, doing so in the cultural sector is not so common. A new study conducted by Professor Cees van Riel and Research Analyst Patricia Heijndijk of RSM included a large-scale analysis of 18 international museums with the opinions of 12,000 people from 10 countries.
