Societal expectations of the role and purpose of business schools have changed as understanding of the world’s greatest problems has grown. Transformative education, purposeful engagement and impactful knowledge represent the three pillars of how RSM can help business achieve meaningful and systemic change.
How can RSM demonstrate it is making good progress in its mission to be a force for positive change, and if it is making a meaningful impact on society? Monitoring and assessing our impact effectively and accurately over a longer period of time is the way forward. However, doing so is a challenge, not just for RSM but also for business schools everywhere.
