UNDERSTANDING LIFE STAGES: From avoidance to awareness to accommodation

No matter the job, organisation, or industry you work in, we all bring our biological selves to work with us. So why is there so little attention paid to the interplay between our biological experience and our work experience?

ECWO announces a Masterclass for anyone personally or organisationally interested in how we can better integrate all biological life stages into a fulfilling and successful career as well as organisational management. Among the areas that will be touched on are menstrual health, menopause, peri-menopause, and the impact of human hormones on performance.

Taking place in the evening of September 6th at Erasmus University, the Masterclass is for anyone – regardless of age, gender identity, or reproductive choices – who is interested in a positive, productive, and frank conversation as well as evidence-led insights into the personal and organisational value of biology-aware work environments.

Our guest speakers for the evening are:

* Maria Carmen Punzi, lecturer, activist and PhD researcher key role menstrual health can play to achieve gender equity.  . You can read an interview we did with this inspiring woman here.

* Emma Russell, coach, consultant, speaker and avid scientific researcher who is currently focusing on The Biology of Leadership.

Mark your calendar now for September 6th (18h00 to 20h30) and keep an eye on our events listings and socials for updates.
