Resilient organisations need strategic HR thinkers. The changing nature of organisations and culture– increased digitisations, unexpected global events, changing stakeholder needs – can be difficult to understand and manage. To be a people expert, change leader and value creator, you must move beyond HR.
This course is offered by Rotterdam School of Management b.v.. For more information about the legal structure of Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, visit this page.
This three-day HR training from RSM Executive Education empowers you to think differently about strategic culture and change. It challenges you to look beyond the obvious and supports you to create greater value in your organisation.
Where other courses simply lecture you on HR strategy, this programme takes a unique and distinctly RSM approach, with highly interactive workshops based on innovative research insights. Your learning journey is guided by RSM’s professors and lecturers. Experts who will teach you to think differently and provide you with practical tools and techniques you can use immediately. By sharing in each other’s pitfalls and successes, your interactions with peers also form a critical part of the learning process.
At the end of the training programme, you can lead people and culture into the future with an advanced and strategic HR skillset that prepares you to elevate your role in your organisation.
"My thinking really got a reality check. This course helped me see beyond the day-to-day matters of HR in different perspectives. The basics of HR is still there, but the teachers indeed go ‘beyond’ HR, because there’s so much more to it. It’s about transformation, change, uncertainty in the organisation, and even AI which also influences the HR role these days. That broader perspective is a big added value for me.”
During this strategic HR training programme, you will learn from Dr Rebecca Hewett, Dr Jochem Kroezen, and Dr Rouven Kanitz. Occasionally we may substitute other faculty members according to the content of the programme and their availability.
