Parking is available in the Erasmus Plaza car park on campus (C5 on the campus map, mentioned above). In the car park, please park near Exit 1 or Exit 2, because these are the closest to Bayle building.  

We will validate your parking card at the end of each school day to cover the cost of parking throughout your programme.

Programme fees include tuition, programme materials, access to the RSM study facilities and dynamic learning environment. This also includes lunch and refreshments throughout the programme.  

Hotel accommodation is not included, so please make individual arrangements for your stay in Rotterdam. See more information in the Transportation, directions and accommodation section below.

If you require hotel accommodation during your stay in Rotterdam, we recommend a few hotels:  

  • Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark is a five-minute walk from our campus and offers RSM participant discounts. You will receive more information about this approximately four weeks before the programme starts. If you require this information earlier, please contact your specified programme manager. You may also contact Novotel directly at +31 (0)10 253 2500.   
  • Additional recommendations include: Bilderberg Parkhotel and Eden Savoy.  

Please contact the hotels directly to make and secure your own reservations.  

Note: We recommend that you select the flexible booking option when reserving a room.

You will receive an invoice once you are registered, and we ask that you to pay that invoice within 30 calendar days.

If you register 30 days or fewer before the start of the programme, your fee must be paid before that programme’s start date. If you do not receive an invoice, please contact the manager of your programme.

Most programmes start at 09:00 and finish at 17:00. However, this can vary depending on the particular programme. A detailed schedule will be shared in advance of the programme.

Most of our programmes require some preparatory work and reading. You will receive detailed information approximately four weeks before the start of the programme.  

Preparation coursework is done via our Online Learning System, to which you gain access at least four weeks before you start the programme, or in direct communication with the programme manager.

To cancel your registration, you must send your notice of cancellation by email to the programme manager or to openpm@rsm.nl.  

The following cancellation fees apply: 

  • 25% of the registration fee is due when we receive your cancellation notice twenty-eight (28) calendar days or less before the scheduled start date. 
  • 100% of the registration fee is due when we receive your cancellation notice five (5) calendar days or less before the start date.

No. We do not offer scholarships for our executive programmes.

Yes. Alumni from RSM and Erasmus University Rotterdam receive a 15% discount.  

RSM alumni are students who have completed either a bachelor of science, master of science, PhD or one executive education programme of more than 40 credit hours. Additionally, companies which sponsor several participants may also be offered a special price. 

Participants of open programmes of less than 40 credit hours will not receive a discount.

All EUR buildings are fully accessible. Participants who are other abled may park their cars in the designated parking bays. Wheelchairs and additional assistance can be made available for you upon request. Fully accessible toilets can be found in all university buildings.

For a short stay in the Netherlands, you may need a Schengen Visa or a Transit Visa. Should you require a travel visa, you must arrange this on your own.

It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the entry requirements for your travel to and from the Netherlands.  

If you require a visa invitation letter, please contact your specific programme manager as soon as possible after you have fully paid for your programme, and at least 10 days before you need to have the letter. 

Due to the recent increase in visa fraud, RSM can only issue a visa invitation letter after you have been accepted into the programme and after you have paid in full.
