Steffen R. Giessner is Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Change at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). He holds an MSc in Psychology from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK, and a PhD in Psychology from the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena, Germany. His research is located at the intersection of organizational psychology and management.

Daan Stam is Endowed Professor of Innovation Management at the department of Technology and Operations Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. His research interests include leadership and communication, in particular in innovation and operational settings. Daan Stam is a member of the Erasmus Centre for Leadership Studies.

Marius van Dijke is professor of behavioral ethics at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), Erasmus University. He currently serves as head of the department of Business-Society Management. His research is concerned with behavioral ethics and leadership of high integrity.

Taco Reus is professor in Global Strategy at the Department of Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). His research examines how firms are influenced by the environment in which they strategize, operate and expand, and how organizational capabilities and experience help or hurt firms in this environment.

Hannes Leroy is interested in authentic leadership and how to develop it. That interest includes not only a passionate and critical view of the concept of authenticity but his past work also includes a better understanding of its unique outcomes (e.g., safety, error hiding and work engagement), antecedents (e.g., mindfulness training), and similarities and differences from related concepts (i.e., leader behavioral integrity, leader communication transparency).

Helge Klapper is an assistant professor at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He joined RSM in 2017 after completing his PhD at the University of Vienna, Austria. His research interests include organizational decision making and novel forms of organizing and innovating. More specifically, his work examines information exchange in organizations as part of the strategic decision making process and how authority affects coordination and cooperation conflicts.

Sofya Isaakyan is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Department of Organisation and Personnel Management, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour from Maastricht University in 2018. Her research focuses on understanding employees' upward expression of ideas and concerns about work-related issues (i.e., voice behaviour) and the corresponding reactions by managers.
