As one of the largest business and recruitment events in the Benelux countries, STAR Management Week is a tradition going back almost 30 years and is the highlight of the year for students at RSM. Highlights of the event this year are:
- Opening Ceremony (28 October)
The Opening Ceremony features two inspirational speakers: Jeroen van der Veer, former CEO of Royal Dutch Shell, and Kees Jan de Jager, CFO at KPN, former Dutch Minister of Finance. - Honorary Discussions (3 November)
Students share their ideas with more than 30 guests, a great way to interact with captains of industry such as the CEOs of Shell, KPN, PwC, ING and Schiphol Airport. - International Academic Event (4 November)
A new academic event for STAR Management Week; two RSM professors and 20 students visit the BMW Brand Store on the Champs-Élysées in Paris. This one-day event focuses on innovation and change in the fast-moving automotive industry, which is challenged to create new forms of mobility by society. - Nomura Investment Banking Trip (9 November)
The most spectacular recruitment event of STAR Management Week 2015. The City of London is one of the largest financial centres in the world. It’s where 22 RSM students will spend a day at the offices of global asset management company Nomura.
