The Economenparade 2024, an annual initiative by ESB (Economisch Statistische Berichten), has recognised three distinguished scholars from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) for their significant contributions to economic research and societal impact.

RSM’s academic researchers Professor Stefano Tasselli, Dr Bex Hewett and Dr Caspar David Peter have been acknowledged for their impactful work in organisational behaviour and human resource management. Their research aligns with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly focusing on promoting decent work and economic growth.

The Economenparade highlights the most notable scientific achievements in the field of economics, emphasising the societal relevance of academic research. This recognition underscores RSM's commitment to producing research that not only advances academic knowledge but also addresses pressing global challenges.

In the listing from 2023, RSM professors Joep CornelissenPursey Heugens and Dr Emilio Marti were in the top 20 ranking for the economists with the most relevant publications related to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Professor Dirk Schoenmaker was in the top 5 of publications that were academically most innovative.
