The various sessions aimed to equip participants with practical skills and knowledge essential for their professional growth. Designed specifically for young professionals within the Dutch business community in Brazil, Orange Academy 2023 proved to be a transformative experience for all involved.
A highlight of this year's edition was the case challenge, where participants tackled the question: How can Brazil turn into a green economy? This not only showcased participants' analytical abilities but also highlighted their commitment to addressing global challenges like sustainability and diversity and inclusion.
A platform for collaboration and growth
The Orange Academy has set out to foster a culture of collaboration and growth among its participants and encourages them to share insights and learn from one another. The programme's format consists of various sessions and workshops to ensure that participants not only gain theoretical knowledge but that they also develop practical skills applicable to their careers. Part of this edition’s programme included the executive coaching skills of Martijn Rademakers, RSM visiting faculty member, and Sandro da Silva, faculty and executive coach for RSM’s Executive Education and Masterprogrammes.

Furthermore, by rewarding outstanding case teams with an invitation to the Talent Trip to the Netherlands, the Orange Academy underscores its commitment to fostering international connections and perspectives.
“For me the most special moment of my Orange Academy experience…was the trip to Netherlands. We had an opportunity to spend five days visiting many Dutch companies like Philips, ABN AMRO and the Port of Rotterdam. And the last one for me was the most incredible one. I was fascinated to see the way that they structured the governments and how they operate as a private company having a large equity in the Dutch government and in the municipality of Rotterdam. [Orange Academy] was a really unique experience that I will never forget.”
