High-impact learning journey
RSM Spark includes activities to address a variety of issues which surround ways of working. These include team building, energising leadership, professional coaching and quantifying workload demands.
This programme is dedicated to assisting RSM colleagues in strengthening their performance in the long term – both professionally and personally. A high-impact learning journey, RSM Spark offers employees and teams:
- a powerful collective learning experience to increase personal and team energy; and
- a review of our actual workload and processes to quantify it.
