Erasmus University Rotterdam’s strategic alliance with Leiden University and Delft University of Technology sees the three partners work together in various fields to achieve shared goals based on a shared vision. They cover a wide range of disciplines and complement each other to a high degree. A new article on the LDE website explains how this happens in practice, and how the LDE strategic alliance created one programme in particular that helps to address the sometimes narrow focus of specialist education by preparing students for a career in multidisciplinary companies.
The article quotes RSM’s Daan Stam, Professor of Leadership and Innovation and Dean of Engagement and Partnerships, who is interviewed alongside Associate Professor Kees Hagen of Delft TU about the Joint Technology Management course. This course is taught in both Delft and Rotterdam and is integrated as a compulsory element in the bachelor curriculum.
