“I wanted to make a difference in how my team performs,” says Agnieszka Gruszka-de Vries, associate director and section head bioanalysis at Charles River Laboratories. “As a leader you have to focus as much on your own development as that of your team. AMLP helps in your development, which makes a huge impact on how you act as a leader.”
IT manager Pepijn Arts from Achmea wanted to enhance his knowledge on business aspects. “I can now engage in strategic discussions and do my own financial evaluations. The programme was set up very well, from the subjects to the organisation.”

The graduation ceremony, moderated by Dr Ferdinand Jaspers, was a moment of reflection and celebration. RSM’s Bram-Kees Trouwborst congratulated the graduates in a heartfelt speech, acknowledging their commitment to growth and leadership. Meta Haag-Mikec extended a warm welcome to the graduates, inviting them to join RSM’s alumni community and continue their lifelong connection with the school.
