The start-up GrowX, a vertical urban farm that grows fresh vegetables in a production hall in the shadows of the Johan Cruijff Arena has collected €1.85 million from investors. Founded by RSM MBA Alumni John Apesos and and Jens Rujig, the idea is to supply food for a rapidly growing population on a small surface area.
