Workplace grudges can harm team morale and damage your health by increasing stress levels and blood pressure. But how do we learn how to let go? A recent study by RSM has shown that apologies from supervisors aren't effective because we are cynical of people in power. The most effective apologies therefore include displays of empathy, responsibility, and offers of reparation.
