Baader Bank hires Cord Kunze who assumes responsibilities as Managing Director within the firm's Capital Markets Team as of May 1st 2017. The 46-year-old brings a wealth of experience from numerous important German and international equity capital markets transactions such as IPOs, capital increases, placements and convertible bond issues for companies, financial institutions and private equity companies. Mr. Kunze is a graduate Business Engineer from KIT Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and holds an MBA of RSM Rotterdam School of Management.
