The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Pacific Basin Shipping Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that RSM alumnus Mr. Peter Schulz has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 21 August 2017 when he shall also become a member of the Company's Executive Committee.
