Kuros Biosciences Ltd (“Kuros”) today announced that the Board of Directors (“Board”) proposes to the upcoming General Meeting the election of Professor Clemens van Blitterswijk, RSM alumnus Frank-Jan van der Velden, Giacomo Di Nepi and Dr. Ivan Cohen-Tanugi as new members of the Board. The General Meeting will take place in Schlieren on May 22, 2017. Mr. van der Velden is a graduate of Erasmus University Rotterdam School of Management, The Netherlands. He is a Dutch citizen.
