Global Energy Architecture Performance Index Report 2017 is the measure of the performance of national energy systems and is based on survey of 127 countries and is largely focused on advancement of the global energy transition towards more sustainable, affordable and accessible energy. The latest report shows that the Netherlands is not among the European leaders, and has made little progress in recent years in the field of energy.
