Today, RSM MBA alumnus Anna Giertz Skablova, assumes her new position as HR-director for Humana. This role means a strategic investment in employer branding and additional resources to existing HR competence already within each of the group’s business units. At Humana, Anna will be responsible at group level for strategic Human Resource focusing on recruitment and retention of talent as well as leadership development. This in order to continue strengthening Humana’s attractivity as an employer and an active contributor to society.
