Getin Holding SA (The "Issuer") informs that the Issuer's Supervisory Board at its meeting on 27th of December 2016, appointed Mr. Jarosław Krzysztof Bielecki to the Issuer's Management Board and entrusted him with the function of I Vice President of the Management Board of the Issuer starting on January 2, 2017 year.
