The housing sector in the Netherlands is still plagued by maintenance. About ten percent of the Dutch houses are moderately to poorly maintained. Therefore, Woonderhoud recently launched this application. Woonderhoud wants to get rid of the countless little maintenance contracts of that owners and wants to create one digital service book to avoid overdue maintenance. Jan Rotmans expects this will create more changes in next 50 years than over the past 500 years.
