Royal FloraHolland has stopped the second pilot of the multi-transaction auctioning on the plant clocks 11, 12 and 13 in Naaldwijk. The customer responses showed that the process in the pilot is too complex. This was also experienced by the auctioneer itself. The data that the auction has generated in the last phase of the pilot, is sufficient to carry out a thorough analysis by RSM.
