The Management Board of ZPC Otmuchów SA (The Company, the Issuer) announces that on 10 November 2016, appointed by co-option on the same day to the Supervisory Board RSM alumnus Mr. Krzysztof Dziewickiego entrusting him at the same time serving as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and also appointed by cooptation of Mr. Konrad Rosiński as Member of the Supervisory Board.
