Internal accountants who have a neuro-biological predisposition to be sensitive to others' emotions, are likely to manipulate the figures as their manager asks. But only if that manager does so for personal gain, like a bonus or promotion. This was discovered by Professor Frank Hartmann by studying the brains of controllers. A video is included further explaining the research.
