"The act of writing is more powerful than people think." The writing exercises developed by Jordan Peterson combine expressive writing with goal-setting which can nearly erase the gender and ethnic minority achievement gap. At RSM, a shortened version of the assignment has been mandatory for all first-year students which led to reduced differences in minorities' credits gap.
