The VNO-NCW Rotterdam HRM Expert Netwerk was a guest at the RSM in the Erasmus Pavilion. How modern organisations treat the issue of aging employees was the main subject discussed during the event. And also how organizations can optimally use the knowledge and experience of older employees. Dirk van Dierendonck was one of the speakers who shared his knowledge and vision regarding the (value of) older employees.
