The Netherlands has dropped in the yearly Global Gender Gap Index of the World Economic Forum from place 13 to 14. Only 77% of the inequality gap between men and women is razed in the Netherlands. Henk Volberda, who participated in the research, gives his view and explains two causes for the low ranking.
