A new American taxi-app was launched in the Netherlands; Uber. It is an app where everyone with a car can present themselves as a taxi driver. The fact that this is against the law, doesn't interest Uber. Volberda gives his view on the situation and explains that Uber is a typical example of disruptive innovation. He explains that eventually the law will be changed, since innovation is irreversible.
