Roosendaal is working on a new city centre, to boost sales of retail. Pleijdooi voor Cultuur (PVC) is not happy with the new plan of Riek Bakker for the city center. They are afraid that Roosendaal made a historical mistake and should have chosen for Cor Molenaar as advisor. He would have written a plan which is focused on changing sales of retail in a shot amount of time, instead of the radical plan of Bakker.
