Vedanta Resources Plc announces that Ekaterina (Katya) Zotova, MBA alumnus of RSM, has been appointed as a Non Executive Director with effect from 2 August 2014. She will also join the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committees. She brings a wide range of experience in portfolio management, strategy, finance and megers and acquisitions specialising in natural resources.
