Sundance Energy Corporation announced that it has entered into an amalgamation agreement effective May 12, 2014 with Ceno Energy Limited for a business combination between Sundance and Ceno. Upon completion of the proposed Amalgamation, Feng Jin will be one of the members of the board of directors. Jin holds master of business administration from RSM.
