The concept of 'het nieuwe werken' (new ways of working) is becoming better known and more implemented. However, resistance increases and popularity decreases. This is the result of de Nationale Het Nieuwe Werken Barometer 2013. The Barometer is developed by RSM in 2010. Whereas in 2012 HNW was expected to improve employee satisfaction, last year the biggest ambition was to reduce costs.
