This Spanish article reports on the outcome of a study by Corporate Excellence in collaboration with Cees van Riel on the success of Chief Communication Officers (CCOs). CCOs are becoming managers of key intangibles, such as reputation, brand, communications and public affairs. Also, 40% of the CCO have joined Steering Committees.
