This piece announces the participation of Hyu Kho -- of the Samsung Economic Research Institute (SERI) -- at the conference on managing compentencies and talents at the European School of Economics (ESE) in Rome on 9 March. Professor Kho is currently conducting research at RSM on techological changes in human resource management.
