This Portuguese article reports on the debut of the Youth Summit that took place as part of the 3rd edition of the Estoril Conferences (EC), on 30 April 2013. The Youth Summit connected young people from Portugal, Spain, Holland, Israel, USA, Brazil, Denmark, Panama, Canada, UK, Switzerland, South Africa and Germany.
