One bad apple can spoil the whole barrel. Just one or two unpleasant or lazy colleagues can have a negative effect on the entire team. This article refers to the 2011 study by Will Felps and his research team that showed one unpleasant team member can reduce the whole team’s performance by up to 40 per cent.
