Under the current financial circumstances, many people worldwide are opting to enrol in business school. Dean George Yip is quoted, speaking about the various sponsorship cases for students, saying that, on the one hand, many businesses are having to put a limit on employee sponsorships but, on the other hand, many firms, recognising the value of qualified managers, are indeed sponsoring employees for business school, given a business-case style application with a firm cost-benefit basis.
