Blauw Reasearch and RSM's faculty of Accounting and Control are to undertake research to determine whether or not a link exists for organisations between employee statisfaction and customer satisfaction on one hand, and financial performance on another. Frank Verbeeten states that if these 'soft' indicators reveal a strong link to financial performance, then they could, in the near future, hold as much weight as "hard" figures.
