This is an interview with PhD candidate Dirk Deichman, currently he is assistant professor at the VU. Deichman advises managers to always take people and their ideas seriously, even if they come up with bad ideas. This advice is based on the study for his thesis 'Management: Perspectives from Leadership, Learning, and Network Theory'.
