This article reports on the outcome of recent study by Irma Borst (PhD candidate) for her thesis "Understanding Crowdsourcing; The effects of motivation and rewards on performance in voluntary online activities". Her thesis defends will take place on 23 December 2010 at EUR Woudestein in the Senaatzaal.
