The results of research by RSM's Erasmus Concurrentie & Innovatie Monitor 2008 predicts a shortage of highly-trained ICT workers in the Netherlands in the coming years. A new generation of knowledge migrants, or "de Gastarbeider 2.0" will likely be needed to address the structural shortage.
