The Directors of Hampstead Global Fd wish to announce that Robertus Thielen resigned as a director of the Fund and the Master Fund with effect from 4 June 2010. In his place Breda Ltd. was appointed as a director of the Fund and the Master Fund with effect from 4 June 2010.
