The role of companies in supporting LGBTQ+ communities is becoming increasingly important. Supporting an LGBTQ+ community goes beyond offering benefits and must involve an inclusive culture where employees feel supported. It also involves making HR policies inclusive, educating colleagues and line managers to be supportive, establishing LGBTQ+ community forums and networks, and facilitating employee resource groups to gather data for advancing inclusivity initiatives.
