Gender disparity in business schools is being tackled through various strategies such as external collaborations with organizations promoting women's leadership, increasing women's representation in leadership positions within the school, offering female-focused scholarships, establishing meaningful female-focused clubs, creating research groups focused on female entrepreneurship, and fostering inclusive behavior among professors to serve as role models and mentors. This is why Rotterdam School of Management launched SHE Leads. These initiatives aim to create a more inclusive environment, improve access for women, and inspire future generations of female entrepreneurs and leaders, ultimately promoting gender diversity and equity in business education.
